Automation of Sales & Distribution
Culligan Pakistan has embarked on deploying automotation devices that will accompany the delivery sales representative (DSR) wherever he goes. For automation devices Psion Teknologix and Mobile Compia have been selected as part of a pilot project which will be rolled out by 1st June 2008.
So how does it help our customer?
It will improve our customer service and distribution by providing real-time data thus ensuring on-time deliveries. Additionally, the use of paper tickets will be eliminated due to the facility on the device to take e-signatures from customer receiving delivery. Each DSR will also carry a Bluetooth printing device to hand out delivery receipts to the customer right there in the field
